The Business Centre Bardejovská 1 is a reconstruction project to repurpose the original building into a multipurpose business center.
The ground floor hosts commercial spaces for various functions and services. The second floor is dedicated to office spaces as headquarters and branches of companies, and it also includes a gym for relaxation purposes and providing complex care for the tenants.
The facade is covered with white plaster and Expanded Metal Mesh Sheets attached via exoskeleton, creating a necessary shading along with a place for banners. The parking spaces were redesigned into two zones, a front serving for clients and a back for tenants. The overall parking capacity was expanded too.
