A simple 10 x10m 3 bedrooms single-family house placed on the narrow but long, slightly sloped yard of a former fruit tree garden. Specialty is a large old Walnut tree growing behind the house. It provides shadow, a unique relaxation space, and ensures natural slope stabilization. The walnut tree also serves as a natural seasonal water tank keeping moisture on the property and releasing it during the hot and dry summer weather. Last but not least, the young family can enjoy fresh walnuts.
