In Taiwan, many times space is the biggest problem, due to the local land price young families that wanted to live closer to the capital buying an old studio apartment, this was the case of our project where an old top floor 20sqm storage space was remodeled into a decent living quarter for 2 people at a fraction of a cost of a newly built apartment unit in New Taipei City - Shulin district.
